The Space:
Wallaby by Tiny Away is set 60 metres from the nearest campsite in Queensland’s Whitsunday Region. Just minutes from Airlie Beach Lagoon, Great Barrier Reef diving tours, and the Cedar Creek Falls Walk, there’s always something to explore.
This peaceful tiny house offers privacy screens and a tranquil farm setting. Adding to its charm, a blooming sunflower paddock and romantic setup packages create the perfect atmosphere for couples seeking a quiet, nature-filled escape.
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.
IMPORTANT NOTE: There are two holiday homes called “Echidna by Tiny Away” and “Wallaby by Tiny Away”—located about 150 metres apart, each with its own unique view and private hot tub. Group bookings are welcome with at least 24 hours' notice to the land host.
Guest Access:
Guests can access the tiny home and its surrounding areas, except for the land host's private residence and machinery sheds.

- We have a small flock of sheep and chickens on the property
- Please be advised that there will be farm animal noise during your stay
- Make sure to turn off the lights, AC, electronics, close windows and doors when leaving
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Pets can stay for $30 per pet per stay, with 24 hours’ prior notice. Please keep pets on a leash at all times. The complete policy will be sent before your arrival.
Important note:
- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
