VillaTropica has an open floor plan and wrap around glass windows, the home is designed to take full advantage of the most breathtaking views the Whitsunday's has to offer. A vast deck area (great for entertaining), with fantastic bbq facilities, is ready and waiting for that well-earned holiday, that corporate adventure or that special family gathering.

Relaxing is easy in Villa Tropica, there is space for all to enjoy. The pool is private as is the lower deck entertaining area. This home is finished with every convenience and more! In addition to the master king suite, there are 5 additional tastefully appointed bedrooms with queen beds and a room specifically for the kids in that it sleeps up to 6.
Base prices listed are based on min 7 nights or more stay (guests number limits apply, standard rates described are for 7 night or more, less than 7 nights higher nightly rates apply and cleaning charge may apply).

Island facilities are at your beck and call, with access to all resort facilities, pools and restaurants, And don't forget the 2 four seater electric buggies which are included free of charge. Please note a separate security form is required for the golf buggies and guests are responsible for all damage should it occur during your stay.

Villa Tropica is situated at the north side of the island near the 5 star Qualia resort and is only a quick buggy drive to all island amenities.

It is located just minutes from restaurants and nightlife, water activities, and many tours and outings. The home is uniquely operated by the owner's which ensures you a personable holiday experience.

Check in is 3pm check out is 10am. Earlier check-in and latter check-outs may be available where it is not a same day back to back or an over-night turn around.

Your rate includes 1 x group transfer on arrival and 1 x group transfer on departure. If you are arriving on separate flights the first group will be collected, then with the use of the golf buggies you can collect the rest of your group.

wi-fi - As their is no optical fibre cable to the island we cannot obtain a high volume internet service for the house, all guests should ensure they have adequate data available via their phone/devices from their own carrier.

YOU ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO HAVE STAY THE NUMBER OF GUESTS YOU HAVE BOOKED AND PAID FOR ANY GUESTS STAYING ABOVE THIS MUST BE PAID FOR AT ADDITIONAL CHARGES.
IF A BUGGY BREAKS DOWN DURING YOUR STAY WE WILL DO OUR UPMOST TO HAVE IT REPAIRED BUT WE BEAR NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OF USE.

We do not offer arrival or departures on major public holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day, Easter Friday, Easter Saturday, etc. you will need to arrival the day before or after with these days.

The wet season - Please ensure you bring adequate wet weather gear and your own umbrellas, we do not supply these items.

COVID -19 POLICY AND GENERAL CANCELLATION
Bookings taken from the 1st May 2020 - we offer a full Credit, transfer of booking or a refund if your cancellation is due to COVID-19 restrictions. For example, government restriction - if you live in Vic and are not allow to travel to Qld.


Outside of this our policy is the same as it has been for the last 15years, we do not offer a refund on a deposit if you simply change your mind and/or you can’t make the booking, However we are more than happy to transfer your booking to another time free of charge (like for like booking) 30 days notice required.

We require all guests at time of booking to supply their home address, this is for insurance purposes for our golf buggies and house insurance.

Once a booking has been accepted we will not accept an alteration to the booking between the time of your booking and your arrival that will result in the booking $ value decreasing. You can add guests if needed (fee apply).
