Designed over two large levels, the villa maximizes available space and light in such a way as to give an overall impression of expansiveness and indulgence. From the spacious and airy main entertaining deck - complete with enough dining seating for eight people, a bar table with chairs, and a state-of-the-art BBQ, to soaring ceilings throughout the dining and kitchen area, this villa offers all the high end comforts our guests expect and deserve.

The kitchen is amply supplied with all the crockery, cutlery, cookware, and glassware you will need throughout your stay ensuring all the comforts of home are at your fingertips.

The internal dining area is furnished with a dining table accommodating ten, while the overstuffed lounge has couches you can relax into, ideal for watching Foxtel or one of the complimentary DVDs on the large flat screen wall mounted television, or simply somewhere enjoyable to sit and read. The villa has been decorated to the highest standards, with natural wood, soft fabrics, and interesting art reminiscent of the area and enjoys ducted, reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout.

Also located on this level are the second and third bedrooms. Both beautifully presented and thoughtfully decorated, the second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom provides a choice of either two single beds or one queen bed. In addition, there are two quality single air beds available, plus complimentary port-a-cot and high chair for those youngest of guests, making this the perfect villa for larger families or groups. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage with built in wardrobes and bedside drawers. The second bathroom has a shower and sink, with a separate powder room, and there is also a full laundry.

As the villa offers a complimentary electric golf buggy you are never far away from the rest of the action. Just one minute by buggy or a five-minute walk away you will find the marina, restaurants, cafes and shops. The complimentary bus that circulates the island around every half hour stops not far from your front door and is another great way to experience all the island has to offer.
