↬ The Master bedroom has sliding doors that lead out onto the balcony, has a super comfy King Sized bed, we love to make sure our guests get great night sleeps. Air-conditioner and ceiling fans in the bedroom as well.
↬ The second bedroom has a super comfy Double sized bed, so we are pleased to say both our beds are comfy as ! Ceiling fan and air-conditioning.
↬ Curtains on all bedroom windows to block out that bright sun!
↬ Truly a home away from home, has everything you need for your holiday.

↬ Great for families or friends this apartment is situated on the first floor, key-less entry great for everyone, pin code pad on the door.
↬ The bathroom has a big bath and separate shower, and the toilet is separate from the bathroom.
↬ Big balcony that is great for entertaining as well. Can see a little bit of the ocean as well.
↬ Beach/pool towels are supplied.
↬ The whole apartment is yours to use.
↬ 1 carpark available in allocated car spot.
↬ Pool is free access for all our guests, there is a pool key hanging on the kitchen wall. Pool is located from the front door heading towards the roundabaout on the left, it is tucked in behind the building, unlock the gate and then when your finished please lock it back up thanks.
↬ Fitness Venue is the gym that is nearby, only 5 min walk, not free.
↬ You can book tours via our web site before you even arrive.
↬ Key-less entry, accessible any time of the night for late check ins.
↬ Self check in anytime after check in time 2pm, unless the unit is ready for an earlier check in, feel free to call us the day of arrival.

↬ Cannonvale is considered to be a rural town, and we love that about it! It has a relaxed, beachy small town vibe.
↬ BUSES: Are super easy only 2 min walk to the bus stop.
↬ BIKE: Our location is ideal for an enjoyable / mostly flat bike ride to town via the famous Bicentennial Walk-way / Boardwalk. You will be spoiled by the views along the waters edge and are likely to spot turtles and fish in the vibrant colour of the lapping coral sea (particularly at Turtle Boardwalk). There are cafes and restaurants along the way, so plenty of places to refresh, sit and observe boats coming in and out of the marinas, enjoying the local vibe. Depending on your speed, it is about a 20 min ride to Abell Point Marina, and 20 mins to Airlie Town Centre (we can recommended the best deal in town for bicycle rentals with free drop-off & pick-up in our Local area).
↬ WALK: Plenty of things are walkable from our location, including the beach, Whitsunday Shopping Centre, and Bicentennial Walk-way. If you have time to spare and prefer not to rent a bicycle, you can walk right to Airlie's Town Centre along the waterfront in about 50 mins (depending on your speed / stops; you could make an entire day of it if you stop to take in everything along the way!). There are plenty of places to rest & refresh, but take a water bottle, sunscreen, and hat, as this is North Queensland and can be quite warm.
↬ DRIVE/TAXI: Drive yourself everywhere or get a Taxi 131008 (everything is a short drive from our central location) NOTE- No ubers in Airlie.
↬ FREE SHUTTLES: Some tours & restaurants also offer free shuttles, so be sure to ask when you book with them!.

↬ The cockatoos will come inside if doors are left open and food left out, we suggest not to feed these birds on the balcony.
↬ In North Queensland we have bugs that can fly into the unit please keep food in the fridge or in zip tight bags..

↬The following Code of Conduct governs tenant behaviour and use of the property.
↬The tenant agrees to follow the guidelines below, for themselves and any visitor they allow at the property.

↬TENANTS: A responsible adult (over 21 years of age) must always be on this site when children are present.
Must be (over 21 years of age) to book this property all bookings made under this age limit will be cancled and no refunds will be issued as its a breach of the booking terms and conditions.

↬No unauthorised people permitted to stay overnight. Maximum
4 guests allowed on this property.

↬NOISE AND NUISANCE: The tenants agree not to cause or permit nuisance at the property. This includes excessive noise, disruptive behaviour. Noise should generally cease after 9pm Sunday through to Thursday and 10pm Friday and Saturday, but consideration should always be given to neighbouring properties. The guests agree that the premises will NOT BE USED AS A PARTY HOUSE.

↬PARKING: is available off and on street with one spot alocated to the property.

↬GARBAGE/TRASH AND RECYCLING: Guests are to dispose of garbage and recycling accordance with the usual practice, bins have been provided. NO rubbish is to be thrown in the garden and or off the veranda.

↬PREMISES CONDITION AND CLEANLINESS: The tenants agree to leave the premise in a clean and tidy condition upon vacating, with all fittings and chattels in their original condition and position at the beginning of stay. All items provided for use are to remain property of the premises. Tenants are to advise the property manager of any damage or disrepair within 12 hours of this occurring. Any repairs for damage or excessive cleaning that is attributed to the tenants stay will be paid for by the tenants; including but not limited to stains on sheets and towels.

↬KEYS: At the end of the agreed tenancy, tenants agree to lock the premises, close all windows turn lights and air conditioning off and leave to pool key on the hook in the kitchen ,Any lost keys will be replaced at the tenant’s expense. Please make sure you lock up each time you leave the property.

↬SMOKING: All tenants agree to abide by the no-smoking rule anywhere inside this property, only allowed to smoke outside with all sliding doors closed.

↬TERMINATION OF ACCOMMODATION: If tenants are found to have contravened any of the above Code of Conduct responsibilities, a verbal warning will be issued. If the contravention is not rectified immediately the accommodation booking will be terminated within 2 hours’ notice of the Property Manager’s discretion. No refunds will be made.
↬The tenants agree to leave the premises in a clean and tidy condition upon vacating. Dishes need to be washed, dried, and put away, rubbish is to be taken out. Extra cleaning fees will apply (min $200.00) if extra cleaning is required.
