Tropical Blue on Gloucester, Hydeaway Bay

Tropical Blue is a unique property in beautiful Hydeaway/Hideaway Bay, Whitsundays, Queensland. The property is situated on the main road at 59 Gloucester Avenue.

The home has been tastefully decorated with a huge open plan living area which is great for couples, groups and families, perfect for a comfortable stay. The dining table seats 6, with plenty of space. The kitchen is close by, with the essentials at arms reach for your convenience. Up the steps from the living area are 3 spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with a separate toilet and the other houses the laundry. All 3 bedrooms consist of a queen size bed in each sleeping 6 guests. They are all fitted with ceiling fans and air conditioned for your comfort.

Relax out the back with a wine or beer overlooking the private plunge pool, which also has a spa at one end. The entertaining area has a BBQ for your convenience. The property has one undercover carport space and plenty of room to park down the driveway.

Just across the road walk through the vacant block and you will come to the pristine waters of the Whitsundays. The colour of the ocean is just amazing, it is perfect for boating, fishing, kayaking, snorkeling & swimming. Enjoy a casual walk along the beach, it is perfect for exploring and is great for young kids, you may even spot some turtles.

Approximately 10 minutes drive north from the house, you will come to two resorts - Montes Reef Resort & Cape Gloucester Resort. These are a must visit. Both are on the beach and are renowned for their cocktails, food, atmosphere and picturesque sunsets. Nearby, Dingo Beach Pub is great for a social drink, pub meal and live music. There is a small convenience store at both Hydeaway Bay Caravan Park and Dingo Beach Store.

So fly into Proserpine Airport, hire a car and be on your way to the beautiful hidden location of Hydeaway/Hideaway Bay. With Airlie Beach approximately a 40 minute drive away, you can easily access the Whitsunday Islands and Great Barrier Reef for day trips and other fun activities. Be sure to visit one of the worlds best beaches whilst in the Whitsundays - Whitehaven Beach.
