Fantastic, affordable 2 bedroom apartment on the Marina side of Hamilton Island. The apartment has just been painted and refurnished and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

The kitchen is fully self-contained with new fridge. An outdoor gas BBQ is there for your convenience on your private patio. The lounge has a large new LCD flat screen TV and DVD. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a plasma TV. There is a cot and highchair available on request. There is one bathroom and there is also a 2nd toilet next to the laundry. The 2nd bedroom has 2 singles and a rollaway if needed. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning.

The Sunset Waters complex has its own private pool, surrounded by mature tropical gardens and you also have access to all resort pools and resort facilities.


To get around the Island with ease, you are provided with the exclusive use of a complimentary buggy. You will also be met by our valet service at the airport or ferry terminal and taken to your apartment. This service is also provided for your return.

You’ll have access to all Resort facilities, including water sports* and the Kids Clownfish Club*. There are also baby-sitting services available through the Clownfish Club. *charges apply

Whatever takes your fancy in the food stakes; there are more than ten restaurants to choose from, various take-away outlets, a bakery and IGA Supermarket on the Island. You can also take advantage of ordering your groceries prior to your arrival with IGA Airlie Beach Online and have them delivered to the Island.

Most credit cards are accepted and there are several ATM’s around the Island. EFTPOS facilities are also available.
