The sparkling in-ground pool with built in seating and gradual beach style entry is great for the little ones as is the child's safety ledge that run’s the perimeter for those still not totally confident in the water.

We are close to Airlie Beach and the gateway to the Whitsunday Islands, yet in a quiet acreage setting so you are assured privacy and peace and quiet.

As the sun sets head out to the back breeze deck and fire up the wood fired pizza oven. Everyone will love making their own creations and there is plenty of space for everyone to kick back and enjoy the evening. Why not finish off out by the fire pit?

Master Bedroom: King Bed
Second Master: King Bed
Third Bedroom: King Bed
Fourth Bedroom: Double bunks with a third trundle ( 3 x single beds)
TV Room: Two Single (Ikea stack singles) These can also be set up side by side as a Queen on request.
Nursery: Portable Cot and Double fold down sofa ( suitable for children. This room is attached to the Master Bedroom.
There is also additional room in the master bedroom and open space robe for the cot allowing privacy in the Nursery for additional children / adults.
Two single portable Trundle beds are also available for more sleeping flexibility for guests.


Walking through Sunset Retreat
Upon entering the home the wide space hallway takes you past the Master Suite.
This features a King Bed, triple size walk in robe and private bathroom complete with double sinks plus a walk in double shower and rain head. There is a view over the water and direct access to the pool deck and outdoor entertainment area enhancing your resort vibe.
There is also a nursery attached that has a double fold down bed and porta-cot with private access door perfect keeping an ear out for the little one while still maintaining privacy and a quiet sanctuary.

The main living area is blessed with a wall of glass sliders to take full advantage of Sunset Retreat’s views out over the pool towards the water. There is a 65 inch recessed smart TV with Netflix and Foxtel so you will never miss your favourite show on those lazy Sunday afternoons.
Sunset Retreat’s U shape floor plan design allow’s the breeze to flow through the house and the natural light to keep an airy feeling through out the open plan living space.  

Leading off from the main living area is a kid’s play room with a two single stackers ( these can convert to a side by side Queen arrangement) a DVD TV combo to set the kids up with some popcorn at the end of a long day.  

The Children’s bunk room is all set up to entertain even the most discerning little person with a double bunk set and trundle bed. There are book’s, plush toys, games and a doll house plus many “hidden” treasure sure to keep them entertained.

There is a full size bathroom with a separate shower and a deep soak bath perfect for when you have a large group trying to all get ready! As well as a full size laundry and separate toilet.

Head to the end of the hallway and you will find the Second Master King Bedroom with private bathroom entry and also enjoys direct access to the pool and entertainment deck. There is also a built in robe and a TV DVD combo to allow you to enjoy your coffee while watching the news of a morning.

Separating these two King rooms is another full size bathroom and then Along the hall is the Third King bedroom with a built in robe. All of the bedrooms have sunlight block out curtains and blinds as well as light weight sheers for the breeze during a lazy afternoon nap.

Enjoy ducted air-conditioning and heating through out the entire property to ensure your comfort.
