The house, set in a spectacular location is in a sheltered position with shady trees is 1 of 5 properties at Sunset Beach.

There is a right of way directly to the beautiful all-tide beach(s) looking out over Edgecumbe Bay to the west. The location surpasses many of the Whitsunday mainland and Island beach destinations.

Boats can be launched from the beach with 4 wheel drive.

The roomy self-contained house is fully equipped, list of house item inventory emailed upon interest. The house has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, lounge/dining and outdoor area with outdoor furniture, gas & wood BBQ.

The nearest shop is Dingo Beach. About 5 km. Nearest towns, Proserpine or Airlie Beach approx 50km.

If you like secluded beaches, sitting around a wood fire at night, fishing/netting, crabbing or exploring the sandy coved beaches and rivers you will love this destination, the beaches and bays are amazing.

Entrance to the Sunset Beach Beachhouse is via a private road through a neighboring (140 hectare) 365 acre property , which has a locked gate and restrictions on level of usage.

Please note a minimum 7-day booking required. There is limited usage of private road accessing the property during your stay, it is an access privilege we do not wish to abuse. Please restrict trips to and from the property as much as possible.

There are two resorts, Montes and Cape Gloucester just a short drive or a short ride in your boat where you can enjoy resort-style refreshments and meals.

Access - Road suitable for all vehicles although after heavy rain may become slippery or soft in places.

Pets - Pets are to remain outside at all times, PERIOD. There is ample under cover shelter for pets right along the back of the house. Please consider this before bringing pets that are accustomed to being inside.
