↬ The townhouse is part of a small complex which looks a bit aged on the outside, but is soon to be updated.

**NOTE:
You will need to book the # of Guests based on the # of Bedrooms/Bathrooms you wish to use (see list below). The unused bedrooms/bathrooms will be locked to avoid additional cleaning fees, and the # of pillows/towels provided will be based on the # of guests booked.

*TIP: If there are only 2 of you, but you each would prefer to have your own bedrooms, you will need to book / pay for 3-4 guests to gain the extra access based on your bedroom & bathroom preference listed above. Likewise if there are 3 of you and you each prefer your own bedroom, please book / pay for 5-6 guests based on your preference listed.

**NOTE: The premises is not child-proof: there are stairs, cleaning agents / laundry storage that have not been locked, the TV is not mounted, outlets are not covered, and blinds have cords (with cleats to tie them up). If you choose to stay here with children, it is done so at your own risk.

There are other units with local residents around and behind our townhouse, so please no parties or schoolies (see more under House Rules).

Cannonvale is considered to be a rural town, and we love that about it! It has a relaxed, beachy, small town vibe so close to Airlie Beach. It also means that some things can be a bit rustic. IE: our access road is not sealed so just be aware of the uneven ground when parking, and watch your step for potential puddles after rain.

We have done our best to provide a beautiful, comfortable, and homey place for your stay, and are positive you will love this apartment.
If you are unfamiliar with tropical climates, please be aware that certain factors are unpreventable. IE: Ants are a factor & part of life in North Queensland even when the unit is clean. While we provide tips, sprays, & traps to help minimize/deal with them, you may see them around from time to time. The best prevention is to keep all food & food waste tightly sealed or in the fridge.
The following Code of Conduct governs tenant behaviour and use of the property. The tenant agrees to follow the guidelines below, for themselves and any visitor they allow at the property.
TENANTS: A responsible adult (over 21 years of age) must always be on this site when children are present.
No unauthorised people permitted to stay overnight. Maximum 6 guests allowed on this property.
NOISE AND NUISANCE: The tenants agree not to cause or permit nuisance at the property. This includes excessive noise, disruptive behaviour. Noise should generally cease after 9pm Sunday through to Thursday and 10pm Friday and Saturday, but consideration should always be given to neighbouring properties. The guests agree that the premises will NOT BE USED AS A PARTY HOUSE.
PARKING: is available off and on street.
GARBAGE/TRASH AND RECYCLING: Guests are to dispose of garbage and recycling accordance with the usual practice, bins have been provided. NO rubbish is to be thrown in the garden.
PREMISES CONDITION AND CLEANLINESS: The tenants agree to leave the premise in a clean and tidy condition upon vacating, with all fittings and chattels in their original condition and position at the beginning of stay. All items provided for use are to remain property of the premises. Tenants are to advise the property manager of any damage or disrepair within 12 hours of this occurring. Any repairs for damage or excessive cleaning that is attributed to the tenants stay will be paid for by the tenants; including but not limited to stains on sheets and towels.
KEYS: At the end of the agreed tenancy, tenants agree to lock the premises, close all windows turn lights and air conditioning off and return one key to the lock box Any lost keys will be replaced at the tenant’s expense. Please make sure you lock up each time you leave the property.
SMOKING: All tenants agree to abide by the no-smoking rule anywhere inside or outside this property.
TERMINATION OF ACCOMMODATION: If tenants are found to have contravened any of the above Code of Conduct responsibilities, a verbal warning will be issued. If the contravention is not rectified immediately the accommodation booking will be terminated within 2 hours’ notice of the Property Manager’s discretion. No refunds will be made.
No smoking allowed on the property.
No parties or events to be held on the property. (no schoolies, hen's, bucks etc..)
No pets allowed on the property inside or outside.
No loud noise or loud music.
To look after our property and respect our belongings.
If any of these rules are in breach there will be penalties applied and possible eviction.
Parking there is street parking and also a lane way park available right near this unit.
The Whitsunday council have applied most of these house rules and require a signature on arrival of the house rules.

With children there are stairs so be mindful of that when booking, they are your responsibility with stairs, T.V not mounted on the wall, cleaning products in cupboards (can always put them up and away), so it's not child proof.
