For alfresco living, Poinciana 011 offers an expansive lawn area right outside the apartment. There is also a sheltered and private deck area that comes complete with a 6-seater outdoor dining table, two sun lounges and a large Weber BBQ, all surrounded by those incredible ocean views. There is also a tropical lagoon pool area close to the apartment, which can be enjoyed by old and young alike, and for which pool towels are also provided.

Poinciana 011 takes full advantage of the stunning views presented before it, which is reflected in the indoor-outdoor flow from the deck into the vast open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. This room is beautifully furnished with contemporary decor including two large leather lounges, a coffee table, a side table, a floor rug, and colourful artwork. For entertainment, it offers a 55" LCD TV with cable channels, DVD player, CD player, blue-ray speaker, and iPod dock, as well as board games, puzzles and so on. There is a bar area equipped with a fridge and storage in the main living room. Split system air conditioning, ceiling fans, and large polished porcelain floor tiles ensure you're kept comfortable in the warmer months.

The dining set seats 6 and is ideal for friends and family to gather.
