Bella Vista East 3 is a favourite among families and groups of friends for a multitude of reasons. The large flat grassed area where children can play is a rare feature on Hamilton Island with the added bonus of ocean views. You can sit back on one of the many sun lounges here to read or watch boats sailing past. There is a lovely free form swimming pool also at the complex ensuring you and your guests will relax into holiday mode quickly.

This gorgeous property flooded with natural light has been recently refurbished as is evident in the large, comfortable lounge suite in the open-plan space that flows effortlessly out to a large patio. There is Foxtel on the Smart television and a Samsung quality sound bar can be used with Bluetooth. 8 people can easily sit at the dining table and enjoy meals inside, alternatively, there is also a 10-seater outdoor table for alfresco dining.

A quality 4 seater sofa in a sectioned area of the lounge room can be used to sleep a guest if needed. Thoughtfully, the owners have installed blinds for privacy in this area. Please see the photos or call if you'd like to chat about this. Complimentary port-a-cot and high chair are available upon request for those littlest guests. If required a single quality fold-out bed can also be made available, (fees may apply - please ask).

The apartment has WIFI to keep you connected, and split system air conditioning and ceiling fans to keep you comfortable.

The stunningly modern and well-equipped kitchen is perfect for the home chef with induction cooktop, oven, microwave, blender, Nespresso pod machine (with a starter pack of 10 pods), and all the cookware, glassware and dinnerware you may need to self-cater with ease. A new family-sized Samsung fridge freezer provides filtered water and ice. Chilled sparkling wine will await you on arrival. For those days when you would like to cook outside, there is a BBQ provided.

There are two large bedrooms with direct access to the patio and each with equally outstanding views. The main bedroom has a king bed and the other with two king singles which can be zipped to make another king bed depending on your needs. Both bedrooms feature televisions and contemporary furniture and styling. The master bedroom boasts a stunning ensuite bathroom with dual shower heads, dual sinks and a luxurious, freestanding bath and also has a separate toilet surrounded by frosted glass.

The second beautiful bathroom offers a shower and sink, with plenty of storage as well as a toilet surrounded by frosted glass. Quality Molten & Brown amenities are supplied as well as hairdryers. Everything has been considered.

Should laundry need to be done, you have access to your own washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.

If there are mobility issues, please note from the buggy area there are some stairs leading to the apartment. Once inside the apartment, however, it is all on one level. You can walk straight out of your lounge room onto the furnished patio and large grassed area surrounded by beautifully manicured hedges and just a few meters further and you will reach the fenced pool. The ocean views dominate from many areas of the apartment and the property which has been thoughtfully designed and furnished.

Complete with an electric golf buggy and access to the free island resort bus service, everything is easily accessible. Within a few minutes walk you can reach the popular island sunset bar known for its frequent cocktail specials.
