La Bella Waters 5 is a beautifully furnished, luxurious two storey villa located on the peaceful northern end of Hamilton Island offering uninterrupted views of Fitzalan Passage, the Whitsunday Islands and out to the Coral Sea. Few properties on Hamilton Island enjoy this north east facing aspect with cooling summer breezes. In migration season, enjoy watching majestic humpback whales breach and play right from your terrace.

Bright, elevated, and with gorgeous contemporary interiors, it offers a memorable island escape. This very spacious 276m town house is one of 8 villas in an exclusive complex with a beautiful, shared pool. You also have access to the island's resort pools, one with swim up bar.

A complimentary brand new four-seater buggy is provided and in addition there is also a free shuttle bus at your doorstep which circulates the island approximately every 30 minutes. A second buggy can be hired subject to availability at a fee (please ask us). Furthermore, there is a taxi service on the island. You are also only a short walk from One Tree Hill for sunset picnics and cocktails.

There are three generous bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms as well as a powder room.

The master bedroom upstairs offers a comfortable king bed, flat screen smart television,balcony with stunning ocean views, walk in robe and large ensuite with dual showers, sink and toilet. There is also a lounge chair which folds out to a single bed if required.

The second bedroom upstairs features a choice of either a king bed or two king singles. There is an office desk with chair, balcony with ocean views and an ensuite with shower, sink and toilet.

The third bedroom is located downstairs and features another comfortable queen bed plus a lounge chair which folds out as a single bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

All bedrooms and living areas offer air conditioning and ceiling fans.

A wonderful large living area with high ceilings, aircon, ceiling fans, comfy lounges, large screen smart television (including Netflix) and Yamaha sound bar share the open plan space with the modern dining area. These flow seamlessly to the outdoor living area with dining setting, gas BBQ, sun lounges and outdoor fan. There is a grassed lawn for the kids to run and play. Perfect for entertaining friends and family.

For those who love cooking, the well-equipped gourmet kitchen is a dream with a big island bench, gas stove, fan forced oven,double door fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee pod machine and best of all you can enjoy the ocean views during meal preparation.
