LOCATION:

Cape Gloucester, located in Hideaway Bay, The Whitsundays, this 3BR property is situated on 50 acres with 450m of secluded beachfront privacy and high tide water access.

One of few locations on eastern coast to watch the sun set over the ocean from the large deck area; stunning, uninterrupted ocean views in front and rainforest/bushland acreage behind. Perfect location for honeymooners, and families.

This property has private access to kilometres of isolated beachfront; swim, snorkel, fish and kayak in your own front yard. This is one of the few locations on the eastern side of Australia where you can appreciate the sun setting over the ocean. Enjoy the sunset whilst kayaking, or from your private deck or lawn area, whilst the family catches dinner in your own front yard. The house has no immediate neighbours. The location is truly stunning and will not disappoint.

Pets may be permitted upon request and consultation with the owners. If your pet is permitted, it must remain outside the house at all times. There is a large deck are for a pet to sleep directly outside the bedrooms.

PACKED WITH EXTRAS:

Guests have full access to the house. This property provides kayaks; snorkeling gear and stinger suits. The kitchen is fully-equipped with necessities, condiments, tea & coffee, and all appliances with a 6 burner barbecue situated on the front deck area. Toiletries, linen and towels are also supplied. For downtime entertainment there is an extensive DVD library, games library and book selection. For all watersports and outdoor activity enthusiasts there is also an outside / external shower facility.

3 bedrooms (2 with uninterrupted sea views), 1.5 bathrooms, large deck area with plenty of seats, external shower and separate laundry. Ample parking area.

Fishing roads, tackle kits and bait can be made available upon request for an additional fee of $50.

Late check-out and early arrival is subject to availability and incurs an additional fee.

Pets may be permitted at owner's discretion. If your pet is permitted it must remain outside the house at all times.

TRAVEL:

This property is accessible by vehicle and vessel. If flying to Proserpine, rental vehicles are available at Proserpine Airport and Airlie Beach.

TERMS:

A maximum of 4 adults and 2 children is permitted at this private property. If you require additional adults requests may be considered at the owner's discretion. Please email to discuss further.

Guests must keep noise to a minimum, no parties will be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of tenancy. This property is located within a private estate and residents' privacy must be respected. It is not permitted by law to drive on the beach front; it is also a known turtle-nesting area - the surrounding areas must remain pristine.
