A very spacious highset home with lovely ocean views and steps away from Queens Bay and gorgeous parklands. The home consists of two bedrooms upstairs which offer a queens size bed in the master and two single beds in the second bedroom. A large spacious lounge room . Upstairs also offers a large deck overlooking Queens Bay and the surrounding parklands. Fully self contained and can be let separately to the downstairs space. Airconditioning and fans in both spaces. All linen supplied and regular clean can be provided (additional cost) for long stay guests.

The park across from the property offers built in barbeque facilities, long walking tracks along the foreshore and play equipment for the kids. The property offers ample parking for big boats or additional carsx. Positioned on a corner there is two street access for your convenience. The boat ramp is just a two minute drive from the property.

Upstairs space is from $130 per night (sleeps 4) and the downstairs level is $110 per night (sleeps 2). Children welcome.
