About this property

Our apartment is the only 3 bedroom,3 bathroom privately rented accommodation on the Resort Side/Beachfront on Hamilton Island - also 2 golf buggies are included with our apartment.
Carol & I personally own & manage this apartment as we are full time residents on Hamo & are always close by to provide any assistance that you may require - we have tastefully decorated & equiped it with all that is required for a pleasant & easy stay on Hamilton Island. - TV, air conditioning & ceiling fans in every room.
The 2 front bedrooms (both with water views) have King Size beds, walk in robes & en-suites - the 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed, single bed & fold down portable bed - there is a separate bathroom.
A separate laundry with washing machine & dryer is in the apartment.
Our kitchen is full size & fully equiped including dishwasher, full size fridge, oven, gas cooktop, pod type coffee machine & every piece of crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots & pans that you may need.
A cot (with linen) high chair, stroller & baby seat in the buggy are all included with your rental.
The lounge dining area is very comfortable with large dining table, 2 large lounges, coffee table, 65 inch Smart TV & bar fridge.
Our balcony is huge with outside dining table & chairs, big gas BBQ and outstanding views along Cats Eye Beach & across to Whitsunday Island.
I will provide you with a free pick up & drop off valet service via the airport or marina - depending on guest arrival & departure times Carol & I will be as flexible as possible with your check in & check out times - in many cases extending where we can.
