- The apartment is located on the top floor of a 3 story walk-up building so you must be able to climb stairs.

- Not really recommend for small children as its on the top (3rd floor) and there is a balcony.

- The second bedroom has a fan only plus a portable air cooler (not a conventional air conditioner).

- Dishwasher in the apartment is out of service.
