* If you are traveling with 4 guests, only the beds in bedrooms 1 and 2 will be made up, however, if your group requires the futons to be made up in bedrooms 3 or 4, a request needs to be made by phone to our office with a minimum of 48 hours notice. For guest numbers of 5, 6, or 7, the futons will be prepared for you automatically, and no phone request is necessary.
Please note our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc (to get you through your first night).
